WORK ENVIRONMENT IMPROVEMENT AND THE EFFECT ON OFFICE WORKER BY RELOCATING TO NEW LABORATORY BUILIDING

With the relocation of research institute, performance new building was evaluated objectively and subjectively using CASBEE-Wellness Office CASBEE-Office Health Checklist, then relationship between changes in working environment intellectual productivity employees as well their work engagements (WE) were analyzed.
